ReWilding: Lab is a research-informed wellness practice and innovation hub exploring the connection between human flourishing and ecological regeneration. Rooted in psychology, neuroscience, ecotherapy, and the arts, the Lab investigates how reconnecting with the natural world can restore psychological well-being, awaken sensory intelligence, and foster resilience in individuals and communities. Through workshops, coaching, and immersive experiences, ReWilding: Lab applies a multimodal methodology to help people reclaim their innate connection to the Earth—supporting both inner transformation and outer ecological action. Our research centers on rewilding the human psyche as a foundational step toward building regenerative futures.
