Goal 1:
Process Goal
By May 2024, Mr. Sadberry will meet monthly with the leadership team. In each meeting the Mr. Sadberry ( Behavior Interventionist) will focus at least 80% of our time on topics and issues that relate directly to our school vision and mission and our school wide goals.

Subgoals:

● Teachers can have input for our leadership team by providing responses on a form that will be given to each department chair or admin. The form will ask questions regarding what went well and any concerns that should be addressed by the leadership team. My goal is to support all teachers to help increase the academic achievement of our students and encourage a growth mindset to change their behavior in/out of classroom movement.
● Leadership teams will make suggestions for the PD calendar based on the needs of the school and staff.

Data:

● calendar and minutes
● Survey the staff two times per year to determine if the leadership has been effective and implementing SMART goals with fidelity.

Goal 2

All departments will meet at least twice a month to plan data driven instruction and common assessments starting Fall 2023. Agendas/outcomes will be sent to our leadership team. Each department will share out to the full staff. Teachers will also explore options to align specific curriculum objectives in each department.

Schedule advisories in line with progress reports and report cards.
