Raised (professionally) by psychometricians with 20 years in Ed tech, including higher ed, for-profit, and 501(c)3, I am a natural entrepreneur, with a deep understanding of data and evaluation, that thrives on building sophisticated revenue, fundraising strategies, and partnerships that can be easily implemented. I translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes by effectively optimizing resources to build companies and business units that drive revenue and impact for organizations and learners. 

A high EQ allows me to build and contribute to a healthy and empowering team culture, building accountability around a shared vision, across the org. 

As a first generation college student, and Pell grant recipient, my passion lies in scaling the economic promise of education - - in the business of education. 

Other experiences include founding a start-up designed to elicit valid and reliable data to train AI models, serving as an editor for a peer-reviewed assessment and technology journal, leading projects designing global access strategies, and negotiating and executing Inter-agency agreements with Office of Commercialization in higher ed. I serve on several ed tech customer advisory boards with focus on K12 tutoring, tuition transparency, and alumni engagement.
