Our objective is to find a pathway to creating a sustainable, profitable business model that will provide palliative care services to those in our community who need them. The biggest barrier to this currently is finding payer sources who will perceive financial benefit from referring patients to us. Milestones include determining the appropriate patient base, determining the project scope and defining metrics for success.
