Cinnaire Solutions is an affiliate of Cinnaire, a Lansing, Michigan CDFI with a footprint in the Upper Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. One of its key cities ('Priority Cities') is La Crosse, Wisconsin - a Mississippi River town with a population of 50,000 that serves as a regional hub for entertainment, shopping, education, and health care. Cinnaire's key value is that 'We have an unwavering belief that all people deserve the opportunities provided by living in healthy communities.' Toward that end, we are asking the team at Notre Dame to identify the current state of La Crosse's neighborhoods - who is lacking those opportunities and what speficially is missing. The team can work with Cinnaire to discuss strategies to fill those gaps.
