Vibe HCM is a unified HCM solution that combines HR transactions and Compliance with Strategic Employee Engagement. We have HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, and Engagement data across clients in a variety of industries. The objective of this project is to analyze and create new metrics that correlate and predict a company’s success based on their employee’s job satisfaction and engagement. Developing relevant benchmarks and building out a sample dashboard to visualize the metrics and benchmarks created would be an additional goal. Determining factors that could impact what metrics are relevant or where the benchmarks should fall based on client demographics, such as size or industry type, should be considered, as well as identifying any key factors that could influence positive changes in job satisfaction and engagement.
