| Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity | We have recently expanded the business model of how we serve those in need in our community from providing for basic needs (meeting immediate needs like food, clothing and shelter) to providing for basic needs AND offering empowerment programs focused on helping people improve their economic wellbeing and achieve life goals. With this growth, we need to establish a traditional marketing pipeline to grow both the number receiving basic needs help and to increase conversion rates from those entry programs to empowerment.

| Project Synopsis: Expected Results | White Rock Center of Hope staff time is often limited to engaging in the day to day operations required to serve more than 6,000 neighbors in need. This project will provide us with rich data to inform decision making as we move from the approval of a new expanded model to its full implementation.
