Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
Starta is a venture ecosystem to find, foster, and fund early-stage talent in tech. We work with early-stage international startups looking to scale their US market presence and raise capital. As a very ambitious venture capital fund and startup accelerator, we're continuously looking for ways to improve and be even more successful.

Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  • Understand how our accelerator and venture fund operate;
  • Understand our venture fund investment criteria;
  • Analyzing our portfolio companies' success;
  • Make a competitive analysis of the other accelerators in NYC;
  • Understand the strengths points and weaknesses  of our competitors;
  • Interview the Starta team;
  • Interview our startups;
  • Create a report with Starta's weak points;
  • Create a report with the operative ideas and solutions that can be integrated into Starta, to improve those weak points.
