We believe there could be a natural progression and combination of research, interview/validation, and solution development from a business perspective.  
  • Research common pain points for small (<100 employee) consulting firms [prioritizing sales, business operations, and HR/people management]
  • Understand the models and decisions/tradeoffs made by each firm in designing and growing over the last 5-7 years
  • Deep dive on 1-3 specific areas where there are identified opportunities
  • Develop recommendations and (if possible) implementation plans for some "quick wins"
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Outside of the box thinking and critical thought around what makes it desirable to work at a small consulting firm (from an MBA candidate perspective). A successful outcome would be some tangible/actionable recommendations on things to Keep doing more of and things to maybe do differently.
