  2. Research marketing methods that might capture sales leads more effectively.
  3. Think creatively on other business strategies that the business might be missing that would create meaningful growth. (Are we missing a key product feature? Should we consider restructuring key components of our business model? Do we need to reallocate budget? The sky's the limit! We are very open to ideas that we have yet to consider.)
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Listing Mirror has been at a financial plateau for about 18 months after very steady growth for the previous four years. A successful project would mean that we have brand-new ideas for tackling the growth problem and a couple of plans for how to execute those ideas. We want to see our growth pattern return to 5-8% growth per month rather than the 0-2% we've been experiencing recently.
