NTERRUPT RACISM™ is an anti-racism training program provided throughout the Greater Rochester area intended for businesses and organizations that are ready to address issues of racial equity within their organizations. 

This program has been in operation since 2017, and we would like to measure the success and impact in promoting and increasing racial equity throughout the region. 

In order to achieve results, students will need a solid understanding of the Interrupt Racism program. They will need to talk with and interview past participants to get a full understanding of their experiences in the program what resulted from their participation. They will also need to identify a valid evaluation tool to measure the outcomes and impacts of the program over time. 

We would like a full understanding of how organizations have embedded, promoted and increased equity in their organizations. We would like to be able to quantify the effectiveness of the program. 
We would also like to understand and assess any areas that need improvement in the program.
