Project Title Validating Digital Twin Concepts for Personalized Health Prediction
Project Topics Data Management Growth Strategy Legal, Regulatory, Compliance Market Research Product Design & Development Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis
Skills & Expertise
Project Synopsis: Challenge/Opportunity
Pravida Health is pioneering a new frontier in personalized preventative medicine through the integration of diverse health data streams—genomics, microbiome analysis, imaging, bloodwork, and wearables—into a single, intuitive patient-facing “digital twin” platform. While these data sets exist independently in today’s healthcare ecosystem, no unified tool currently brings them together to empower proactive decision-making for patients and clinicians alike.

Following a soft launch in Spring 2025 and ahead of a full public rollout, Pravida seeks to validate this novel platform by assessing its product-market fit, user needs, technical architecture, and commercialization strategy. Their vision is to deliver personalized predictive health insights to consumers in a way that is actionable, visually intuitive, and clinically sound. However, turning this concept into a scalable digital health solution requires strategic evaluation: What does the ideal user experience look like? Which business model will support sustainable growth? How should data flows, privacy, and regulatory constraints be addressed from day one?

This project presents a rare opportunity for a student to guide the development of a transformative health technology at the intersection of data science, biomedical innovation, and human-centered design. By engaging stakeholders across healthcare sectors and evaluating key technical and business feasibility dimensions, the student will play a pivotal role in shaping how personalized health prediction tools come to life.
Project Synopsis: Activities/Actions Required
  1. Conduct 50+ stakeholder interviews across patient, provider, and health system segments
  2. Benchmark existing digital health tools to identify gaps and opportunities
  3. Design customer segmentation and value proposition frameworks
  4. Propose viable business models and go-to-market strategies
  5. Develop an initial product concept and user interface vision
