My name is Joseph Mancini and I have been working in the Human Services field for over 20 years. I am currently the Executive Director for KenCrest Community Collaborative Program Region 2. I have a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. Previously I have led the Arc of Philadelphia as their Executive Director and The Arc of Lehigh Northampton Counties as their Chief Program Officer.
