I have a variety of experience within each supply chain function spanning multiple industries. I pride myself on building and maintaining relationships while pushing myself and others to grow. Although I've taken much from my professional experience, I've also been a part-time barista for nearly a decade. My interest in employee retention, talent development, and employee empowerment has grown substantially in this role.
