About
Marcus is a dynamic, passionate, and team-oriented professional with experience spanning global supply chain, logistics, robotic technology operations, business development, entrepreneurship, and delivering high-impact leadership within diverse, fast-paced teams.
Marcus graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Organizational Leadership & Management, and was a starter on the Army Football Team. He commissioned from West Point as an Active-Duty Logistics Officer while simultaneously competing for Team USA Bobsled as a Developmental Athlete on the North American Cup Circuit. During his Army career, Marcus helped launch an early-stage, veteran, tech startup within the 501c3 space, Resupply; which simplifies the act of giving by streamlining the donation of household items directly from consumers to local charities using its logistics technology platform. He is currently a member of the advisory board and still consults on strategic initiatives within the company moving forward.
Marcus later transitioned into business development with Procter & Gamble where he launched and built the South Florida market for an innovative dry-cleaning subsidiary of Tide. After a successful tenure with P&G, Marcus pivoted to Amazon operations and lead 200+ Associates at the MIA1 Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center. Later, Marcus helped launch Amazon’s emerging Same-Day Delivery initiative throughout the Miami region. Marcus recently joined Florida International University’s Business Women in Leadership Executive Program as an Advisory Panel Member where he inspires positive change to Executive-Level Female Professionals through guidance around effective thought leadership within business. Currently, Marcus is pursuing his MBA at Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
