Project Overview

Project Details
Project Title User Research For Student App Engagement Drivers
Project Synopsis

What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization?

We would like to work with an MBSA team at Notre Dame to better understand what truly motivates users of a campus mobile app (like ND Mobile) to engage and re-engage with the institution through the app. Primary goals would be to develop a survey instrument that could be applied to various user constituencies (undergrad and grad students, staff, faculty, alumni, prospective students/families, etc.) at multiple institutions; execute a survey using the instrument to collect data from the ND community; and analyze and interpret the findings.

What are some of the activities or action items you think will need to be taken to achieve your desired results?

What would make this project a success for your organization? What measurable results are you looking to accomplish?
