• The services delivered by LaaS are recognized as transformative to the fintech-Mastercard relationship and create joint value
• The outputs of this project are to be directly applied in sales strategy and services delivery
• The priorities/roadmap/plan that result from this work can be reasonable executed on to deliver on within 6-12 months and have the ability to scale over the course of 1-3 years.

• Research the priorities of fintechs (respective to notable fintechs from provided areas of focus) • Align priorities of fintechs with that of Labs as a Service innovation services offerings and capabilities • Uncover key themes and priorities that can be addressed from deepened partnership between fintechs and Mastercard via LaaS • Identify gaps in services and capabilities LaaS/Mastercard should address to meet the needs of fintechs • How are Mastercard’s competitors addressing these priorities of fintechs? What are Mastercard’s risks of action or inaction on addressing these needs?
