Project Synopsis

What is the challenge or opportunity you are trying to address within your organization?

Union Rescue Mission is the largest and oldest Rescue Mission in the nation, providing comprehensive life transformation services and opportunities for those experiencing homelessness. We are the only shelter on Skid Row that offers programing and shelter for families. We are adding 2 satellite campuses to our organization and want to finalize the best structure for leadership and communication organization wide. We also have life transformation programs at each location and want to make sure our outcomes are consistent, yet contextualized for each site. One of our satellites, 'Hope Gardens', offers recovery programing for single mothers and children. Another satellite, 'Angeles House' coming on line in March 2022, will be bridge housing for families. Our main location on skid row has a variety of programs for families and singles. We want to find common measurable outcomes for each site. focus: chain of command, and finding common measurable outcomes for each site. consistent outcomes, a way to measure life transformation.
