Arrenda is interested in utilizing the latest advances in data science and AI/ML to enhance its credit underwriting & pricing model. Currently, underwriting is driven via a manual operation in which a variety of standard financial data is gathered and revised. Upon a pass/fail score being achieved, a fixed rate interest rate is assigned to the credit facility. We would like to enhance this model by adding additional "altdata" sources, and creating a "smart pricing" rate based financing key markers (credit risk, term duration, facility size, etc.)

We would consider this project to be a success if a deployed underwriting engine was produced, or at the minimum, a thorough proposal for execution was created.
