We hope the MSM students can help us tighten up our business plan and compile examples of other similar projects to vet the current plan for operating expenses and funding sources. This would look like:
1) Reviewing the Operational Budget and Capital Budget, identifying areas for more definition, providing suggestions for additional line items, adjusted numbers, or restructuring of the budget based on best practices.
2) Reviewing Budgets/Business plans from similar projects and developing examples of how we can integrate best practices from these plans into ours.
3) Review potential funding sources for projects like this and develop a list of pathways for engaging those funding sources

This project will be successful if we:
1) Get informed input into the structure and content of our plan
2) Have additional examples of other similar project plans that we can reference
3) Have an expanded list of potential funding sources that we can present the plan to
