kid-grit needs a strategic plan to increase brand recognition and sales. Some activities could include: assessing our use of social media and how the conversion into sales happens; surveying current and potential clients in the corporate leader arena to identify how to market our products/training; or(inc develop a marketing plan for our newest product, "leader-grit." Finally, identify the skills kid-grit needs to learn to do this work, given current budget restraints? Or develop a profile for the ideal candidate, including the skillsets needed if funding were not an issue? 

Good leaders are needed in all industries around the world. kid-grit is seeking a sales strategy for "leader-grit"  that will resonate with our existing education market while also appealing to the broader corporate/business (non-education) arena. Success will be measured by: the ability of the strategy to identify leads, conversion of leads to sales, and growth (reach) of leader-grit across the country.
