  3. Understanding target audiences and populations we are trying to reach
  4. Assessing what tools, resources, and technologies are needed to maximize awareness, visibility, and lead generation
  5. PRIORITY: A year-round distribution plan based on review of the H.E.R.O. campaign --  how do we get this in front of key stakeholders? How do we help our corporate, cancer support, and philanthropy teams message this out to potential supporters?
  6. Calls to Action or Action Items for prospective donors and supporters
Project Synopsis: Expected Results
Success is two-fold: 1) reaching the six populations challenged by health care inequities and making a difference in their ability to prevent and treat cancer 2) inspiring corporate, community partners, individual donors, or grassroots volunteers to support the H.E.R.O. initiative by funds, leadership, recruitment, volunteering, networking, etc.

Results would be measured by digital metrics, lead generation numbers, and corporate supporter, community partner, individual donor, or grassroots volunteer conversions.
