As we grow, we need to identify 3 key aspects of our Go To Market Strategy - our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) in several key industries, industry briefs to understand the nuances of our target markets, and a financial projection to understand our potential growth as we expand into these target markets. Out of this project, we are looking to have a clear definition of our ideal customers, a tangible set of experiments defined to advance our go to market activities, and a projection that will guide our approach and allow us to calculate ROI. We will conclude the interterm with a presentation in which the students present these consolidate findings to our team and other members of the Charleston tech community.
