Growth and Marketing: The commercial real estate industry has a very low barrier to entry. Pass the licensing exam and you're in business. Competition ranges from very small (a single licensed broker) to multinational (multibillion dollar corporations). NAI Realvest sits somewhere in between. We are one of the larger companies in Central Florida, independently owned, but a franchisee/licensee of a global organization. NAI Realvest operates in three areas that each help feed the revenues of the other, Brokerage, Property Management, and Investment Property. Our challenge as an organization it to grow and generate value for all our stakeholders. We have an aging workforce who are maxed out at their current production without means to grow.
